• Profile data: name, age, goal, fitness level, available hours, injuries
• Conversation history with the AI coach
• Basic usage data (page views, interactions)

How we use your data

• To personalise your AI coach responses
• To save your conversation history
• To improve the product

Who we share data with

• Anthropic — processes conversations to generate AI responses. Does not use your data for model training without consent.
• Supabase — stores your profile and conversation data (EU servers)
• Vercel — website hosting

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Data retention

Data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.
